This is what I’ll be doing all day (in the rain)…
And it’s also what I’ll be eating (along with salad) so that I fit in my pretty dress the day I get to wear this:

62 days until our wedding!
My goals for the next week prior to my proper dress fitting:
1. Drink lots of water
2. Exercise 4 days of 7 and lift 3 days
3. No desserts or overly salty foods!
I want my dress to fit exactly as I want it to which means lots of VEGGIES, whole grains, lean protein, and a little fruit. Be back tonight with a full Cookout Recap.
