I am psyched that this is a super short week. After a great weekend with PB I get to see him again in what, 2 days? This is fantastic. I have a LOT on my to do list for this little week though, so please forgive me if I don’t write too much!
I completed my first week of 6 days of 7 exercising, 1/2 intense and 1/2 lighter with 2 days of lifting. I give myself an A for that because I did the whole thing and also didn’t overdo it. I am proud of myself!
Breakfast today was exactly what I needed. We shut off theheat all weekend so it is freeezing in here on Mondays! Oatmeal sure does the trick to get you warm though! And tea. And a big warm sweater!
1/4 cup old fashioned oats (cooked in a batch for the whole week since the oatmeal pot is so icky to clean)
3/4 tbs peanut butter
10 g coconut
