HRM question: I was on the treadmill yesterday and was amazed that the treadmill’s calorie and heartrate numbers were exactly the same as what my HRM was telling me. Was the treadmill picking up my HRM signals or is the treadmill just spot on normally? The only piece of information I gave about myself was my weight.
On to my yummy morning snack and lunch!

and a sliced cucumber. unfortunately this guy didn’t really make it, and i only ate half. i only bought him monday so i don’t understand how he could already be so icky! maybe he was just mad I wanted to eat him?

And a simple lunch:
A bowl of my amazing turkey bean chili. This stuff reallly fills you up, and since I ate such a big bowl I really didn’t need anything to go with it today. in the pic you see the cuke which i ate half of right before lunch and then promptly threw away, as well as my daily seltzer water. still need to make it to the market that sells the pomegranate ones!

i am excited to listen to my ipod while I do my house stuff tonight (clean floors/laundry/wash sheets/clean room/cook dinner). I downloaded a bunch of new songs- including the new jason mraz album! Oh, and my dad saw pomegranates and mangoes on sale for $3 a crate at Sam’s club and so he bought them and passed on 4 of each to me. Expect to see both very soon.
